I am co-founder of In Playful Company (formerly known as L3b which is Arabic for Play) where we use play as our core approach for helping teams and organizations thrive, flourish, and create positive change.

You see, play is a catalyst for growth and goes with the grain of humanity. In other words, we are all naturally drawn to it.

And so at In Playful Company, we harness play to bring out the extraordinary in people working together. My nickname at In Playful Company is The Grappler because I love to grapple with a multitude of ideas to maintain a third space open to surprise and possibility.
